How much does People HR cost?

How long does it take to get up and running with People HR?
We can get you up and running in People HR in a few days! Our friendly team will take you through our proven implementation plan step by step to ensure you can get the most from the solution. We have handy how to guides to take you through everything from loading data to creating your org chart and user permissions, along with comprehensive training guides to help all your users get going as quickly as possible.
Do you charge for 3rd party integrations / have a free API?
People HR has an open API that you can use, along with a wide range of pre-built integrations to a range of business applications such as Payroll solutions, Training/LMS applications and many other popular systems.
Can my employees log into the system?
Yes! But don’t worry, employees will only have limited system access, and they won’t be able to see any confidential data that they don’t have permission to view.
With People HR, you can engage your entire workforce with employee self-service. This means that employees can see their own HR record, in order to view things like payslips and training documents, while being able to perform basic HR functions such as submitting leave requests or asking their managers to approve a timesheet.
Managers get a slightly boosted set of permissions, so that they can help to manage details for people in their team.
And as the system administrator, you will have full control over everything that goes in and out of your HR system.
Do you offer training for new starters in my team?
Our friendly training team can provide on-demand training, from either a range of standard courses or, if you have more specific needs, can tailor training to your particular requirements.
Do I need to install People HR on my computer?
No! People HR is what we call an “SaaS solution” – meaning it exists completely in the cloud. This means that there’s nothing to download, nothing to install, and you can access your entire HR system via any browser on any device.
Unlike outdated on-premise systems, which require expensive IT maintenance and regular manual updates, People HR is maintained in the background by our expert IT technicians. You don’t need any in-house IT support, and we perform all updates in the cloud, meaning whenever you log in to People HR you’re always accessing the latest version of the software.
Does People HR integrate with my calendar?
People HR has a range of integrations with office tools including Word, Excel, Google Docs and calendars such as Outlook and Google Calendar. People HR is designed to integrate as seamlessly as possible with other applications to really drive productivity.

Is People HR available on my mobile browser?
Not only is People HR accessible via your mobile browser, but it is actually optimised for use on a smartphone. This means that every element of design has been considered from the perspective of desktop and mobile accessibility – meaning no pinching or pulling or squinting to see what you’re trying to achieve.
Where is my data hosted?
Your data is stored in a secure Managed Data Centre in the UK, with 24x7x365 onsite monitoring . Our security protocols meet the highest levels of compliance including ISO 27001, 14001 and 9001, PCI-DSS, SSAE18 and SOC 1, 2 and 3. Our data hosting is fully compliant with UK and EU legislation.
Is my data secure?

How often does People HR get updated and how is this managed?
We make regular updates to the application and give all users notice in advance of any feature updates we make in advance, with release notes to tell you what has changed and how to use any new features we add. We make sure updates are fully tested and usually release every other month.
How do I log in?
When you first join People HR, we’ll give you a special URL. This is your company’s own unique website address, which you will put into your browser. From there, you’ll be able to log in and access your company’s modern and powerful HR system from anywhere.
How do I get support?
People HR is an always on solution, available 24/7 from any device. Our wide range of help tools, including how to guides, FAQ’s and our comprehensive Customer Portal is also available anytime. Our support desk is open 9am to 5pm on UK working days.
Can I export my data if I need to?
All your data can be exported to other office applications, allowing you to get the most from your HR solution. From exporting reports to Excel, mail merges to Word or dropping files into Google Drive, PeopleHR brings your HR data to life.
Can I change the colours and layouts of People HR?
People HR has built in tools that allow users to tailor the solution to suit their particular needs, including colour schemes and layouts.
